This website is intended to serve as a repository for materials on federal criminal jury instructions and white collar crime issues. We have included the standard "form" federal criminal jury instructions from all of the federal circuits that publish them. We have also included a fairly typical jury instruction from a federal criminal trial in the Southern District of New York, located in the Second Circuit. This trial, U.S. v. Bernard Ebbers, was a white collar crime securities fraud case, but the jury charge contains many of the standard criminal jury instructions used in the Second Circuit. We have also included links to articles on federal white collar and appellate topics. Nothing appearing on this site should be construed (or is intended to be construed) as legal advice.
